You have woken a sleeping giant. Yeah, I’m talking about Paul. Where did this guy come from? Paul and Kate, sour at being chosen a threat and forced to compete against the rest of the groups at this weeks weigh in. It was Paul and Kate against the world! It was hilarious to see a portly Paul move his fists of furry. God bless ‘em. If it wasn’t enough that Paul had his Bruce Lee maneuvers were in high gear, NBC had some comical sound effects that were choreographed to speeding fists and gongs, to name a few. I will say this, Paul was focused. He took over the challenge single handily, were he raced across a long bean, grabbed 11 out of 12 batons before the other teams had a chance to grab six. This man was possessed. The prize for the challenge was letters from home, which Paul and Kate asked to fore go and allow the rest of the teams to get letters form their loved ones. Even they were playing the game, I thought it was a generous gesture. How about Mark from the black team, spouting off, saying that if the other teams don’t do their best to lose weight so they could ultimately beat Kate and Paul, they would pay! Who is he? As if he has any power. While I agree that that Mark and Jay are a very strong team, there are way to many couples left to-be able to control who ever you want. This dude is a bit arrogant. In the end, lost enough weight to stay above the yellow line which gave them the right to send whoever they wanted, home! Their choice……..Bette Sue and Ali. I thought it was a good choice. The pink team thought it was unfair, when just days ago, they were voting for the yellow team to leave the campus. pay back is a *&$%^! Until Next Week.

I actually guessed that yellow team would win the weigh in – because something about being voted down like, being left out, however you want to put it … it really does add a whole layer of motivation to their drive that would push them harder than any of the other teams. I’m convinced that’s why the season four finale came down to four black team members; their initial rejection lit a fire that couldn’t be stopped.
Mathew, thanks for the comments and congrats on the weight loss and healthy lifestyle!
